Award Paper

  • Original, unpublished work only
  • Presenter must be a resident
  • Bona fide certificate required
  • Must be NTSI member

Oral Presentation

  • Original, unpublished research
  • Not presented at any conference
  • One paper per presenter
  • May be moved to E-Poster

E-Poster

  • Digital poster format
  • PowerPoint or PDF format
  • Multiple submissions allowed per presenter
  • Displayed on conference platform

Case Presentation

  • Structured abstract (max 300 words)
  • Rare, challenging, unusual or educational cases
  • Sections: Title, Introduction, History, Findings, Discussion, Learning Points
  • Onsite: 4 min presentation + 4 min panel + 2 min conclusion

Surgical Video

  • Structured abstract (max 300 words)
  • Video: 5 min + 1 min Q&A, 1080p, 16:9
  • Clear narration, no patient identifiers
  • Sections: Title, Indications, Imaging, Steps, Key Moments, Outcome, Take-home Points
  • Full anonymization required; patient consent recommended

  • All abstracts must be original and not previously published
  • Presenting author must register for the conference
  • Decision of the scientific committee is final
  • Accepted abstracts may be published in conference proceedings
